How to make Chicken Biryani

First of all, wash and clean the chicken and rice thoroughly with water. Cut and fry the onion. Immediately after that make a paste of garlic and ginger and mix it

Now add salt, chili, garam masala, curd, ginger garlic and onion paste. to the washed chicken. Mix everything well with the chicken.

Add lemon juice, green chilies, ghee, coriander, mint, oil to it and keep it for 15-20 minutes after mixing it well.
